Maru Silva enjoyed a 20 year career in Human Resources in Latin America before moving to Europe and becoming a full-time mother of two. The change was unexpected and overwhelming but she soon began to value the opportunity that it presented.

Maru chose to train as a life coach and she experienced a process of profound personal transformation. This inspired her to serve people who wish to take their lives from good to great.

A Bit About Me

Hi, I am Maru Silva from Vivefelizconmaru.

In a few weeks, I had to transition from a successful career as a Human Resources director in Mexico to being a stay at home mother in Athens, Greece, where I found myself taking children to  school, shopping at the supermarket, and so on.

This was not my first move, as I had worked in many different countries in Latin America but this was the first time I had to start doing something completely different and new and on a new continent. My  thoughts were dominated by all the great things I had left behind and all the bad things that might happen in the future. Fear, overwhelm and anxiety flooded my brain and I was unable to see the lovely future that this big change. had opened up to me.

I realised that I was living in the past and in the future but not in the moment. I also learnt that I was living the life of others instead of my own. So many learnings became apparent once I began to study and apply the tools and techniques of life coaching and gain self awareness.

Life coaching helped me see a whole new world and develop a whole new understanding about my thoughts and beliefs.
